Sofidot
SOFIDOT 5MG TABLET contains Solifenacin which belongs to the group of medicines called Urinary antispasmodics. It is used to manage the signs of overactive bladder (such as sudden urge to pass urine, increased frequency of passing urine, unable to control urine and wetting yourself because you couldn’t go the bathroom).
SOFIDOT 5MG TABLET reduces the activity of an overactive bladder and enables you to wait longer before having to go to the bathroom. Try to take SOFIDOT 5MG TABLET at the same time each day to achieve maximum benefits. It can be taken with or without meals.
Before taking SOFIDOT 5MG TABLET inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have any other problems in the bladder that obstructs urine flow or if you have glaucoma, constipation, stomach problems (such as tear or block in the gut), muscle weakness or urinary tract infections as a precaution.
SOFIDOT 5MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients who are not able to pass urine (urinary retention) and in patients with severe bowel problems (such as toxic megacolon). It is not suitable for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women and in children aged below 18 years.
The most common side effects of taking SOFIDOT 5MG TABLET are dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, nausea, abdominal fullness, stomach pain, burping, heartburn and stomach discomfort. Inform your doctor if any of the above side effects worsen.
